New Member Verification and Dues

New members must be pre-verified before they pay dues and register for Homecoming. Please factor in an additional five business days to get verified. Please click here to complete the membership form.

Dues - Dues must be paid before you register for Homecoming events. Please click here to pay your dues. As a reminder, you will not be able to register for homecoming events until your dues payment is received.

Steps for Registering for Homecoming

Registration for homecoming is new this year. There is only 1 registration form for the weekend. Please read over the following instructions.

A. Select your ticket type.

Social Package - Includes member admission to the party, buffet dinner, event badge, and event souvenir.

Blue Game Package - Includes 1 member football game ticket, access to the field for pregame, event badge, and event souvenir.

Gold Game Package - Includes everything in the Social Package, 1 member football game ticket, and access to the field for pregame.

Mountaineer Package - Includes access to the field for pregame, event badge, and event souvenir. You must have your own game ticket. If you want to purchase a party ticket(s), you will be able to add it during registration.

B. Select additional items (such as a guest party ticket, guest game ticket for Blue and Gold packages, or game day boxed lunch).

C. Read the Code of Conduct, select rental equipment if needed, and respond to the other various questions in the form to complete your registration.

D. Submit your registration and pay your invoice.

Rental Equipment

The fee is $20 for the entire weekend. Bring your $50.00 deposit check (it will be returned to you when your rental is returned to the Equipment Manager) and your rental agreement form when picking up your instrument for the first time.

If you are a Guard member and you donated to have your own pole during the fundraiser, you will not have a rental fee. However, you need to register and let us know in the in the registration rental equipment field that we need to pull a pole and flag for you.

Payments by Mail and Late Payments/Registration

Payments by mail must be postmarked by Wednesday, October 7th. Any payments not received by the due date (Wednesday, October 14) are subject to cancellation. Late registrations are subject to a $35 late fee. A wait list for game day will be available if we have tickets. Anyone wishing to register for the game after October 9th, should apply to the wait list and complete registration at the registration table during Saturday morning registration on October 17th.
