Game Day Parking

Tan Lot (Pass Only) - A limited number of parking passes will be available for the Tan Lot (Willowdale Garage, 971 Valley View Ave. Morgantown) – the parking garage off of Willowdale Drive. Passes will be based on the order of registration requests. If carpooling with another member, only one of you needs to request the pass.

THIS LOT DOES NOT APPEAR ON ANY WVU PARKING MAP. This is the lot Ruby employees use. It is on the left coming from 705. You will use the lower entrance off the street before Chateau Royale at the intersection of Willowdale and Valley View at the traffic light. 

We encourage you to use your own pass for other lots if you have one. Many of them will open at 7am.

Members Receiving a Tan Lot Pass

Passes can be picked up at the College of Creative Arts and Media (CCAM) on Friday, October 18 from 10am - 2pm. If you do not pick up your pass on Friday, you need to be at the Tan Lot entrance off the street before Chateau Royale at the intersection of Willowdale and Valley View at the traffic light Saturday - time to be determined.

Members receiving a pass will notified by email and listed below the week of the game.
