Saturday Schedule – Updated 10/21/25

• 11:30-12:15pm – Parking pass pick up at the Tan Lot entrance for those not picking up their pass on Friday at the CAC. 
• 11:30-12:45pm
• • Upon arrival at the Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) (directly behind Mountaineer Field), please see John Hendricks and or Ellen Ramey to get assigned a number/spot for pregame. NUMBERS ARE GIVEN OUT ONLY AT THE IPF.
  • Pick up your registration packet at the IPF. Those who’ve not checked in by 12:45pm will not be allowed to march. No exceptions!
  • Pick up rental equipment.

• 1:00-2:30pm – FIELD REHEARSAL WITH THE PRIDE - Only those registered to march pre-game will be allowed to enter the facility for practice. Members with children attending as their guest, please check in with Sarah Bennett-Harper in the IPF for more information. You must have your wristband and personal ticket for entry. You must enter through the Press Box tunnel. No exceptions!
• 2:30-3:30pm – Annual Meeting held at the IPF. Unclaimed tickets will be distributed at this time. You are welcome to stay and visit with friends and members of The Pride. Those who ordered boxed meals will pick them up at this time.  
• 4:30pm – Depart the IPF for Law School Hill. Warm-up and prepare for parade block. Members will be checked for wristbands and personal tickets.
• 5:00pm – Those choosing not to go to Law School Hill - Those choosing not to go to Law School Hill - You will meet The Pride at your tunnel gate and march in with them. Don’t be late or you will not get in! If you arrive after 5:15pm, you will be sent to your seat, and you won’t get to march. You must have your personal ticket/ticket lanyard and wristband to enter. This is by order of WVU Athletics.
• 5:10pm – Leave Law School Hill and march to the tunnels.
• 5:20pm – Band staged in tunnels for Pregame.
• 5:40pm – Combined Pregame Show with The Pride.
• Post-Performance - After performing we will leave the field immediately. Those exiting the press box side will exit the stadium via the press box side tunnel. They will reenter at the Southeast gate and will need to get tickets scanned and go through metal detectors. They will then feed down into Section 100. Those with mobility issues could go this route to use the elevator.

  Those members exiting pregame from the "student" side will go up the stairwell to Section 100 seats. 

  For those Alumni Band members that have their own seating tickets may exit the field after pregame via the stairwell closest to their seats. The instrument must exit the field with the member. 

Please do not go any other way to get off the field than what is set for each side of the field. 

All rental equipment must be returned to the equipment truck, behind the IPF within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the game. If you plan to leave the game early, please notify John by email or text (JohnSinsel@wvualumniband.org/304-288-0583) prior to homecoming, if possible, so that your instrument can be taken back to the IPF.
