Saturday Schedule – Updated 10/14/26

• 6:00-6:45am – Parking pass pick up at the Tan Lot entrance for those not picking up their pass on Friday at the CAC. 

• 6:00-7:00am
• • Upon arrival at the Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) (directly behind Mountaineer Field), please see John Hendricks and the drum majors to get assigned a number/spot for pregame. NUMBERS ARE GIVEN OUT ONLY AT THE IPF.
  • Pick up your registration packet at the IPF. Those who’ve not checked in by 7:15am will not be allowed to march. No exceptions!
  • Pick up rental equipment.

• 7:15-7:45am – MANDATORY INDOOR REHEARSAL AT THE INDOOR PRACTICE FACILITY. Rehearsal will begin in the IPF with Mr. Hendricks and the drum majors. Rehearsal will include reviewing and marking the music and charts - so feel free to bring a pencil. At 7:45am everyone will head to the stadium.  Make sure you have downloaded the new 2026 arrangement of the National Anthem.

• 8:00am – FIELD REHEARSAL WITH THE PRIDE - Only those registered to march pre-game will be allowed to enter the facility for practice. Members with children attending as their guest, please check in with Sarah Bennett-Harper in the IPF for more information. You must have your wristband and personal ticket for entry. You must enter through the Press Box tunnel. No exceptions!

• 9:10-10:30am – Annual Meeting held at the IPF. Unclaimed tickets will be distributed at this time. You are welcome to stay and visit with friends and members of The Pride. Those who ordered boxed meals will pick them up at this time.  

• 10:30am – Depart the IPF for Law School Hill. Warm-up and prepare for parade block. Members will be checked for wristbands and personal tickets.

• 11:00am – Those choosing not to go to Law School Hill - Those choosing not to go to Law School Hill - You will meet The Pride at your tunnel gate and march in with them. Don’t be late or you will not get in! If you arrive after 11:15am, you will be sent to your seat, and you won’t get to march. You must have your personal ticket/ticket lanyard and wristband to enter. This is by order of WVU Athletics.
• 11:10am – Leave Law School Hill and march to the tunnels.
• 11:20am – Band staged in tunnels for Pregame.
• 11:40am – Combined Pregame Show with The Pride.
• Post-Performance - As soon as pregame ends, you must either exit the stadium or go directly to seats via the stairwell. You may store your instrument in the IFP during the game. All rentals need to be returned at this time. Those not going up into the stands directly and exiting the stadium, MUST have your game ticket for reentry.  Further instructions about this will be given on Saturday morning during the post-rehearsal meeting.
