The Bylaws Committee has been working for many months reviewing our organization’s bylaws. It has been ten years since they were adopted and many areas of the organization have evolved in such a way that many sections of the bylaws do not address our current and future needs. To complete the review, the Committee reviewed other alumni band organization’s bylaws, consulted with leadership of other alumni band organizations, lawyers, and members and leaders of our organization.

As a Full Member of this organization, we are providing you with a draft of the proposed changes to review and provide comment.
