No refunds will be issued. You do not need to be present to win. Must be 21 years of age to attend.
The WVU Alumni Band 220 Elimination Dinner will raise money to support The Pride of WV. Unlike traditional fundraisers, 100% of the money raised by this event will be used to support The Pride band camp picnic, small monetary gifts for members to use for lunches during band camp, end of the season senior recognition events, as well as any other need the members may have throughout the season.
The WVU Alumni Band is also starting a scholarship fund for Pride members. A portion of the proceeds will go toward starting an endowment. Currently, The Pride of WV does not have any University or private scholarships for student musicians who join the marching band. This year, more than ever, your contribution will make a difference for the students of The Pride of WV.

Schedule
- 6:00pm - Happy Hour (cash bar), view vendor merchandise and LiveSource auction* items.
- 7:00pm - Dinner Buffet
- 7:30-8:00pm - First drawing for the evening begins.
- 9:00pm - LiveSource auction ends. Item pickup begins for those present. Must have ID.
- 9:30pm - Grand Prize drawing ($1,000).
- 10:00pm - Evening ends. All prizes should be picked up for those attending the event.
